Sign a PDF without printing it and scanning it back
The form needs a signature, so the usual route is print, sign, photograph, crop, apologise for the quality. Draw it once with a finger or a trackpad, drop it where it goes, and keep the document on your own machine.

Questions
Is this legally binding?
In most places an image of your signature on a document counts as an electronic signature and is accepted for ordinary agreements, and it is exactly what the print, sign and scan route produces. It is not a cryptographic digital signature with a certified identity behind it. If a counterparty specifically demands a qualified digital signature, you need a certificate authority, not this.
Does the PDF get flattened into images?
No. Unlike the compress and unlock tools, this one draws onto the existing pages with pdf-lib, so the original text stays selectable and any links keep working.
Can I reuse my signature?
Within the session, yes, place it as many times as you like. It is deliberately not saved between visits, because storing an image of your signature in browser storage is a bad idea.
What if the PDF has real form fields?
Fillable fields are best completed in a PDF reader that understands them. This tool handles the common case, which is a flat document with a line that says sign here.
